We would like to inform you that your policy has been foreclosed in our records as the same is not revived within 2 years of revival period.

We have not received any request to revive the policy in the 2 years of revival period ending 21/07/2012

As per product feature, 10 % of the first annual premium ahs been paid out to you.

The same will be dispatched to your mailing address within 7 working days.

I Have taken policy no.01659260
From kotak Life Insurance in the name of Gurmeet Singh on 21/07/2009 Rs.15000/- Yearly and
I heve oppliad to Surrender above policy.Us my cooling off option on 10/08/2009.
But the no Payment has been made to me and the office at kotak Mahindra was closed. So please help
me through your Pahredar programe. thanking you
