Dear Sirs,
I have written a letter to the Regional Provident Commissioner on 15 June 2010 requesting to know the status on my EPF scheme certificate application submitted on 11 March 2008 and subsequently re-submitted on 21 July 2009 through Rights Information Act.
I have not received any communication from the Commissioner's office till date and it is more than three weeks and please look into the matter and let me know the status for obtaining the scheme certificate.
I have enclosed the relevant acknowledgement copies, and the Form 10-C copies along with the PF statements received by me during my tenure with ALIT (Ashok Leyland Information Technology Limited from 1995 to 2001.

i was suppose to get my courier on saturday.but i received it on monday.on monday morning they called me and told that they came to office and there was noone named myself but as far as i know even the security knows by name so there are less chances of missing.false statement given by them
