Kpmg — pf withdrawal

My pf number is mh/ban/44448/1240

I have applied for pf withdrawal long back but the status was settled but returned (Payment via neft returned on 26.04.2017).

Later concened in kpmg mumbai office told that i need to send all the forms again. I had sent all the forms including cancelled cheque but after a long time concerned in kpmg office again told that i need to send cheque reissue proforma, cancelled cheque and a bank statement. Around 4 days back i sent the same as well.

But now i do not know the status whether the same has been submitted to pf department or not as the concerned person in kpmg office does not reply.

I am waiting for my pf since 9 months now. Please help me in this regard.
