Kpmg — complaint regarding postman

Hi, i am writing this to file a complaint regarding our area postman named Mohan. He is from the palarivattom(cochin district) post office. he never delivers any documents to us. he always asks for money to deliver the documents. but as we denied giving money to him.he purposefully will not give any letters to our house. we even informed the post office head, but they are also not taking any action.
