espected Sir/Madam,
I am a student of BLIS , Roll no- 1076BLIS00565 of year 2010-11 July Session. I enrolled through Shikshayalaya under Ultimatum Institute of Technology Khardah , Kolkata . Though I sat for all exams I was declared absent in three papers. After a year of going throughdilemma whether my marksheet will be corrected, now I am told by UIMT that I have to take admission again. I have some unanswered questions.
1) I signed on all attendance sheet then how can I be absent?
2) Why I have to take admission again instead of sitting in absentee in papers (if required )?
3) Where can I lodge complain against them?
