[Resolved] KSRTC — Refund not received | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked ticket on 15th June I waited for 15 days, cash is not credited back and I had mailed KSRTC also but I did not get any reply from them. The ticket was not confirmed but money was got deducted. Now they have removed entry from my account in failed booking history. Please guide me with this regard and help me how to proceed further.
