KSRTC — online booking refund
I booked a ticket from Palghat to Bangalore on the 8th of april and the date of travel being 13th of april.
The amount got debited from my credit card and the ticket was not booked.
Repeated emails to [protected]@ksrtc.org was useless as they give a standard reply and finally they gave a number to contact for refund and when contacted they dont respond properly and being shuttled from one number to another and finally they requested to email again and this is going on and on.
Government should take responsibility of such irresponsible behavior of officials.

Please take the action against previous complaint. Till the problem is not from last few months if you have any technical problem with respect this issues kindly mail to me. if you not solved this problem i will be treated this as no objection from your company for appeal in the court.
