KSRTC — Ladies Seat allocated for ladies given to Gents

I have travelled from Bangalore to Dharwad on Jan 4 2013, I have booked Ladies seat number 11 since I was travelling alone from Bangalore to Dharwad on Jan 4 2013 This was night journey from Bangalore to Dharwad.

I have booked the bus online from KSRTC site. The seats 11 and 12 are allocated to the ladies. I have booked seat number 11 which is Ladies seat.
When I entered the bus in Majestic(KemepeGouda Busstand), there was no passenger in the seat number 12. But once the Bus left from the Kemepegowda Busstand, the conductor has given the Ladies seat no 12 for Gent passanger without asking me.
When the Gent passenger came to sit in the seat No 12, I have asked the conductor why he has given Ladies seat No 12 to a Gents passenger without a fellow ladies concern, the conductor quarreled with me.
He told that no where it is written its a Ladies seat, he has all the right to give to a gents if a lady is not travelling in other seat. He told that higher authority itself will tell them to give the seat to the Gents passenger. He asked me to call his higher boss and enquire about if I want. He told that he doing this one to get the money for the empty seat. At the end he allowed the other Gents passenger to sit in the Ladies seat and Asked me to sit in the Conductor Seat which is a single seat. The conductor has argued too much and at the end I have to sit in the conductor Seat.
Is this is how the KSRTC is working? Not giving respect to the Ladies passengers. We have booked the seat by paying 500Rs, and this how the conductors behave in the bus.

Please take strict actions against the Bus Conductor who is saying he doesnot know anythig about the Ladies seat reservation in KSRTC busses.
