[Resolved] KSRTC — Refund of failed transaction | |||
Dear Sir/Madam On 20.03.2012 , I had made online reservation to Chennai with KSRTC Bus . But the transaction was failed and amount of Rs. 615 was deducted from my account. The Ref No for the transaction is OB5734257 . After this several mail correspondence , reminder mails were done requesting to refund the amount. But till date this has not happened. Hello Team,
I tried to book a ticket on 30-September-2014 and the booking was not confirmed but the amount got deducted from my account.
I have been advised to drop E-Mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org and I was informed that the amount will get credited back to my account in 7 working days.
Even after 7 working days, the amount is not credited to the account and So I have raised a complaint with the help of KSRTC customer care after many attempts. The Executive informed that the amount will get credited in 2 working days.
Today the Raised Complaint got closed and I have got a confirmation SMS on my registered mobile number stating that it is resolved; But the amount is not credited to my account.
Reaching KSRTC Customer Care for any queries is being a 'Night Mare/ Day-Dream' as I have tried to reach on all the below numbers for about 62 times. But only twice I have got connected only twice.
