I AM PRADEEP KUMAR MY FAMILY PERSON INVESTED RS.10000/- IN KUBER MUTUAL BENEFITS LIMITED VIDE KMBL NO. 086904 -ST -454 DATED 23.08.1998 IN MIDINAGAR AND RS.5000/- VIDE KMBL NO. 022761 DATE 3.05.1995 IN BRANCH B.B.ROAD MEERUT K.K.Y. NO. 219/95 UNDER KUBER KAMDHENU YOJANA . HOW WE CAN RECOVER THIS AMOUNT . PLEASE HELP ME. PL INFORM pkg.[protected]@gmail.com or [protected]

I had invested in kuber mutual benifits limited vide FD/CDS No.1Y1616, 1617&1618 amounting to rs . 14000, 13000&2000 respectively and also monthly saving scheme a/c no. 476/98, 519/98& 520/98 amt rs 1020, 1050 & 1500 per month from dt . 5-3-98, 13-798, 13-7-98 respectively.Till date i have not heared from than or not able to refund of money.The Hon'ble Allahbad High Court vide its order dt.18-7-08 had invited claims for investers.But I Could not apply in time.I reqest the concern authorities to help me refund of my invested money with intrest if any decision.please help me and hope I get responce in this matter.

my dad and his friend had invested good amount of money and just like everybody we also got cheated ...may dad had filled case againt them and tvunks were in process but unfortunately i lost my dad long back..and since then we have trying to get the refund but sadly failed as we are not knowing any update..plz help if anybody has any idea or they have any group add me too and lets fight to get our money back.

My Grandfather has also invested a lot of money with the company. Sadly he is no more. Recently while clearing all his files came across these investments and a lot of complain letters written to the Compnay and other officials.

Is there a possibility of refund for deposits made in Kuber Builders OR Kuber Mutual Benefits Ltd ?

My Father invested in 2 schemes of Kuber Company.

1) Kuber Mutual Benefits Limited - FD/CDS No. CDSIY5537 on date 19 July 1998 in the name of Mrs. Subhashini Agarwal and Joint Holder Mr. Manish Agarwal - Amount 7500 and date of maturity was 18 July 99. on interest rate 17.20%

2) Kuber Planters Limited - Kuber Dhanvriksha Unit Certificate- Folio No. 76799 for the same names in the year 15 April 1997 of amount 1250 rs. which had a maturity amount of 62500 Rs. till 26 March 2017. Agent Code- Soni 15
