My mother invested in Kuber in 1998 and made 3 fixed deposits as follows
1. 17000 dated 24/10/1998
2. 17000 dated 24/10/1998
3. 16000 dated 24/10/1998

Now she is old, we lost our father and we need this money back

My mother has taken Bonds of Kuber than company turned fraud. We need our money. My mother is old and sick she is not able to follow them.

My mother has one share certificate no 1011 ledger folio 144 invested on 31.3.92 in the name of Champa Tewari.She is old but wants refund of the share investment..I am lodging this complaint because she insists that she invested this out of her hard earned money and was assured of return.Will the concerned authorities please help?Email address is: [protected]@gmail.com

Taken membership in kuber mutual benefits ltd. in 1997.
Deposited my hard earned money amounting to Rs. 10, 000/-. in Kuber Recurring Deposit Scheme.
Not received any intimation or any amount till date.

I had invested in Kuber Mutual Benefits vide certificate No. 108167 dated 06/11/1995. Till date I have not heard from them or not able to refund of money. The Hon'ble Allahabad High Court vide its order Dt. 18/7/2008 had inviated claims from investors. But I could not apply in time. I request the concerned authorities to help me refunding of my invested money with interest if any.

My mother had invested in one share of Kuber Mutual Benefits Ltd in March 1992.Till date she has not heard from them and wants to redeem the share.Kindly take note of the fact that she is 85 years old and wants to have the same redeemed. I invested in this company on 15/5/1998 in 5 bonds each bond containing around ₹14000.I was promised to get money on 15/5/1999 but company cheated and flew. I want my money back, PLEASE HELP.
I will provide more details in further process.

Dear Sir, My wife and myself had done fixed deposit of Rs. 11608/- on 31.03.1999. I couldn't lodge claim sofar for getting refund as per direction of Hon. High Court. I want to refund the matured amount of Rs. 13475/- or revised.

I had purchased one fixed deposit having receipt no 117998 dated 23.01.1996 for an amount of rs.5000. Fd was purchased in the name of namita gupta. Since she was minor nominee was mrs. Anju singhal. Locking period was for 42 months. I have fd certificate, letter, money deposit receipt provided by the company at the time of investing money. Maturity money not yet received though claim was also done.

I had invested about 60000.00 in kuber mutual benefits limited in 1997 (Certificates submitted on payment). After court order of 2008 i send all photocopies to allahabad high court but till date no response from court for my repayment. Please do the needful because that money could be the part of my daughters marriage.

Myself dalip kumar and my wife indra sharma has deposited the amount of rs 10000 by each i. E total amount of 20000 under the cdsp scheme and date of issue for the both is 17/08/1998 and i m having the deposit receipt also and they are cds1y\00479 and cds1y\00469.…... Even i registered a complaint in department of company affairs also on 18/08/1999... So kindly look into the concern and refund us the maturity money with interest.. My father had invested rs 5000 in kuber mutual benefits ltd. Via certificate no. 135404 on 19/02/1996 the maturity date was 19/08/199. We have not received single amount in spite of following up with them in 1999. We are not aware of the new address of the company and are unable to follow up with them, kindly help.

I have invested in kuber mutual fund limited, kapoorthala branch, lucknow. Certificate maturity value in 2001 was 66, 000. I am get to receive the maturity amount. I have the original receipt & stay in delhi / lucknow now. Kindly take necessary action in getting my due amount along with interest, if required i am ready to be present with necesary documents.

I have invested as fd cds1y4775 rs.15, 000/- against receipt no.573529 dt.17.03.1998 at bulandshahr - city in up but i have not received any amount after maturity.

I have submitted form no.66 (Rule-151) company petition no...87. Of 1999 on dt.22.10.2008 on stamp paper rs.10 & one form no.4 application by depositor under section 58a (9) has been deposited with ministry of finance on dt.13.05.1999 at shastri bhawan new delhi.

Sir, Myself & my family members had invested in various schemes of Kuber Group having its H.O. at S-32, Greater Kailash Part 1, New Delhi- 110048 & Regd. Office at Kuber Bhavan Begum Bridge Road ,Meerut between the year 1993 to 1998. After that the group & its companies vanished & case registered against its directors & promoters e.g. P.K. Sharma & others. I have not received my hard earned money invested in various schemes of this fraud company.
Sir I had also applied with all my investment details to an Arbitrator Judge in Allahabad as per the notification issued in Newspapers, but inspite of many years passed I have neither received back my invested money nor any response from either fraudent company or the Arbitrator appointed in the matter.
I would be grateful if my concern is resolved immediately.
