I bought qwality walls cup ice-cream from a store in Madambakkam, Chennai and found bits of hairs (looking like shaving cream with bits of hairs) in the icecream. I returned the ice-cream to the store ithing 10 minutes and the store keeper gave a refund.
Where should i lodge a complaint against this. The store keeper said they get it directly from the complany and there is no chance of dupicates. They asked me to provide a writted complaint. Will that work out? Was this information helpful? | 
I have bought Black forest icecream from your vendor who sold and came through tri cycle, He is charging RS 5 more than MRP stating that during night times they will charge,
My issue is with the difference of 1/2 Km same product same brand (Kwality Walls) the guy is selling for MRP.
how can it be possible, when i spoked to one person ([protected]) He is telling that there is a rule from company they can sell the product more than MRP
Kindly take action this will spoil ur company name and also your Sale.
