The ice cream was spoiled and when we complained to shopkeeper he said already received same complaints but company is not concerned. Even he didn't provide the replacement.

I bought Aam Rass ice cream of kwality walls and when I opened the packed there was some weird brown think stuck at the side of the ice cream and it looks like a pc of cardboard or something non edible

Well it isn't the first time we've received the ice cream in a bad condition the crust of the ice cream wasn't crispy, was broken also was soggy. The ice cream was ordered form blink it and when we raised a complaint they said they can't help......

Today i bought a kwality walls chocobar and found a hair strand in it, it was really disgusting and i dont expect such lethargic behaviour from such brand

Today i purchased kwality wals chocobar from the nearby medical shop and got a hair strand inside the ice cream, this is highly negligible and i dont expect such irresoponsible behaviour from such a big brand.

I purchases 10 of Kwality walls ice-cream cones. And the cones were all soggy, melted and some were even broken into two halves. When I complained the vendor, he refused to do anything and instead said that it is not our fault. It is how it is from the company.

After wandering from places to places our group crave for an ice cream and we usually had kwality walls ice cream. So we located a kwality walls van where we found that ice cream which all we want wasn't there. We tried other kwality walls van near us which had same problem. The van vender told us that it's all day problem from 46 different ice...

I had taken Creme caramel icecream ( kwality walls)from Dmart on 15/6/22. While eating I found a strand of hair and was literally disgusted seeing that.
I never expected such unhygienic food stuff from such a company.
I would like to get refund and please take care of the hygiene and quality and live upto your name....

I Love eating Ice cream but after eating Kwality Walls Cone in Chocolate, Vanilla, and Butterscotch flavour now I hate buying ice cream. Worst Ice Cream to eat

I am writing to draw your attention on your ice-cream products sold on a pedalled 3 wheeler (Location : 951, 12th Main Rd, HAL 2nd Stage, Appareddipalya, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008). It has been unfortunate that your dealer/retailer who frequents the described location has chosen to erase the MRP on the ice cream packing and also on the card (Large menu). He extorts a sum of rs. 80/- for a double chocolate cornetto of 115 ml against the price of rs. 40/- which is just double the amount. I being in a rush paid the man a total amount off 400 which should be 200.

While we all know that it is wrong to overcharge anything beyond the mrp / tamper/conceal the mrp, it is very unfortunate & regrettable that the company appointing the dealer/retailer has not considered it necessary to monitor/control such exploitation by the appointed dealers/retailers.

I am from mira road mumbai and i have submitted all the document since 3 months ago and signed your agreement and the refrigeration providing athority is still not answering my queries when will my refrigeration be dispatched?

Kwality Walls company did not taking expired products from my shop and because of this my ice refri. Is full and i m not selling ice cream my monthly sale is 50k to 80k but the company did not giving products . Near my shop vadilal amul havmour parlour are also there i will talk to them and buy their franchise contact the distributor of bulandshahr or i will sue the kwality walls company

With request and it has been brought to your kind notice that today i purchased "vanilla ice cream (Brick pack)" worth rs 99/- from our nearby "kwality walls" vendor. When we were going to eat it, my wife found a small plastic piece inside it. Immediately we rushed to the nearby vendor standing near to our house and showed that plastic piece to him. He told us that he daily brought ice cream from meenakshi garden (Near hari nagar, new delhi-64).

It is very strange from my point of view that a branded outlet ice cream (Kwality walls) has such type of defect and is truly unacceptable at all.

Kindly make a note of the above and try that this type of defect may not occur again.

I hd received my board after 3mnths bt the person came to take sizes for board had taken 3 board sizes and today i got only 1 board with light bt the problem is that 1st the name of my shop is printed wrongly instead of shantilal narshi stores they had printed shantilal narshmi and the 2nd problem is that when my shop was closed at that time in afternoon we don't know when they tied board on shop and 3rd they had tied the board also wrongly please send them again and keep the board properly or else please take your board back because u r nt paying the light bill also which we use for your add

It has been unfortunate that your dealer/retailer who frequents the described location has chosen to erase the mrp on the ice cream packing and also on the card (Large menu). He extorts a sum of rs. 60/- for a double chocolate cornetto of 115 ml against the price of rs. 40/-. This is not a one-off incident which has provoked me to write to you, rather a recurrence of the incident.

While we all know that it is wrong to overcharge anything beyond the mrp / tamper/conceal the mrp, it is very unfortunate & regrettable that the company appointing the dealer/retailer has not considered it necessary to monitor/control such exploitation by the appointed dealers/retailers.

I request you to consider this mail as a token of protest from a victim of overcharging who refuses exploitation. As ignorance of law is no excuse, i insist m/s kwality walls to initiate immediate corrective action in the form of terminating the dealer/retailer responsible for the violation & exploitation.

Your sincere effort in this direction (Termination) would force the retailers/dealers to think twice before engaging themselves in any such illegal acts. As i would not allow this matter to continue unresolved indefinitely; on your failure to enforce the suggested corrective action, i would be left with no option to exercise my consumer rights while i reserve the right to add costs and interests on you as i am legally entitled to do so.

I would appreciate if i am not forced to any extremes.

Good morning Sir,
I am a shopkeeper of narela.My shop name is MANGLA CONF. I complaint to you the distributor in narela supply me a damaged ice cream on 9 august 2011.
I cannot check on the time when he distribute but after half an hour i check so all ice cream damaged and then i call him but he say do complaint and his behaviour is bad. so please i request to you please do some thing and i cannot sell these damaged item to customer because this is effect on my reputation.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I stay in sector 3, salt lake city, Kolkata.
Today when i purchase chocobar ice-creams from trolly hawker he sold me Rs 10 ice-creams at Rs 15 each
which is more than its MRP. when i protested he told that he will give the ice-creams at this price only..these people not give a chance to the customer to see the MRP on packets..This is very unfair and some strict actions has to be taken against these...

I bought qwality walls cup ice-cream from a store in Madambakkam, Chennai and found bits of hairs (looking like shaving cream with bits of hairs) in the icecream. I returned the ice-cream to the store ithing 10 minutes and the store keeper gave a refund.
Where should i lodge a complaint against this. The store keeper said they get it directly from the complany and there is no chance of dupicates. They asked me to provide a writted complaint. Will that work out?

I purchase a brick of Butterscotch and when we open it to eat... there was no cashunuts or almonds inside, it was all plain like a Vanilla brick... i still have a half brick with me as a sample... so would request you to please collect and replace it.
