sir,I chandra bhushan dubey had taken a policy jeevan saral atm plan by agent c m chamoli in feb.2010 rof ten years.the amount Rs.2042 IS deducted from my a/c no[protected] u b i hotal oberoi branch delhi.I don't have any slips geven by agent c m chamoli. he is also not attending my call .his ph no is [protected] / [protected].l i c provide comission to the agent so that he'll give us proper service but chamoli is not doing his proper work .I also wanted to take a policy for my child then chamoli said that ICICI isbetter than lic so takr this policy enstead of lic. chamoli is also agent of RELIANCE&ICICI
.he is doing fraud with lic.I KNIDDLY REQUEST YOU TO GIVE MY BOND&RECEIPTS. THANK'S CHANDRA BHUSHAN DUBEY
