[Resolved]  Lakshmi Vatika Limited — non refund of Deposit

I have booked plot with above company with deposit of Rs.5.00 lacs for their up coming project at mohali(Punjab).They got no land and project was closed. I applied for the deposit got the cheque but was rerurned/bouneced back by the Bank. Even legal suit filed at Chandigarh civil court, no result as summons could not be served to Mr. Aggarwal Managing director as he is absconding and company is closed, What to do, I have lost all my savings of life. Please suggest.
