I have booked 100 square yards plot, in drona city dehradun, in 2006. Have receipts of 91000 rs...
Further after many efforts I have received a cheque of 91000/ from high level committee dated 03.03.2023. But it was return without payment.
Now suggest me what to do....

I have booked 100 square yards plot, in drona city dehradun, in 2006. There is no further communication. Have receipts of 91000 rs....

I have booked one plot in 2006 Drona city Dehradun
And that time submit 51000 .
But till time no refund .
I have many time contact, but no one any response .
Please suggust, how do i get my refund .

I had booked a plot of 100 yards in Dehradun for which I paid Rs 51, 000/- . I wanted to receive my money back as someone told me the company is fraud . When i sent registered letter to company's office in B.k.Road Delhi, The letter came back stating that office was closed for past a month i have also lodged a complaint with Delhi Police, Economic Offence Wing. I had booked a plot of 100 yards in Dehradun(Drona City) for which Rs 45, 000/- was paid by me to Company .Later came to know that management of the company is missing & no one there for allotment of land or refund of money. Further I had also filed my complaint to Delhi Police, Economic Offence Wing. On regular persuasion of this case I got a cheque but same could not clear due to insufficient of fund. I and my colleague have booked one plot each of size 200 sq. yard in one of the projects in Dehradun. Once we came to know that the company is not able to provide plots to the customers we applied for refund at companies office at Narain Manzil, Cannaught Place, New Delhi on November 2007. Also we got our complaint submitted to the crime branch office at Qutub Institutional area. Now we do not know what to do as we have no clue what is going...

I also booked 3 plots measuring 100 Sq Yards each offerred by this company in Dehradun and Mumbai & later on opted for refund as this company turns out to be a Fraud.Till date there is no refund paid to me.
Can some one guide me to include my name too in the list of persons who are to get refund from this company through court.( If it happens).

I had book a plot of 100 sq yds in the project name drona city.company name was Lakshmi vatika limited.I paid rs 51000/- for book a plot now every one knows this company is fraud.This company gives me a post dated cheque but due to insufficent fund it could not be clear.I lodge a case in patiala house.This case is still running now what should i have to do plz guide me.when can i get money plz sort out my problem or should i forget money.

I had booked a plot of 100 yards in Dehradun in the name of my mother for which we paid Rs 91, 000/- . I wanted to receive my money back as someone told me that the company is fraud. I had also applied for the refund. I have also filed a complaint with Economic offence wings & Ministry of Corporate Affairs. But I have not received anything till now. There was also an article in Times Of India January-25-2008 titled "Lakshmi Vatika Limited Builder Told By High Court To Refund Rs 40 Crore of Duped Investors" But nothing has happened till date.
Whether we have any chance of getting our hard earned money back?

I have booked plot with above company with deposit of Rs.5.00 lacs for their up coming project at mohali(Punjab).They got no land and project was closed. I applied for the deposit got the cheque but was rerurned/bouneced back by the Bank. Even legal suit filed at Chandigarh civil court, no result as summons could not be served to Mr. Aggarwal Managing director as he is absconding and company is closed, What to do, I have lost all my savings...

i have booked 2 plot of 100 sq. yd. by investing my hardcore money of Rs. 51000/- each (Rs. 102, 000) in Dehradun Project "Drona City" of Lakshmi Vatika Limited. When i came to know that the company have noting in dehradun, i have applied for Refund. The said company issued me the Cheques against my refund application. But bothe the Cheques was Bounced. I have launced the complaint against the said company...
