[Resolved]  Lakshmi Vatika Limited — Refund of my deposit

pls file your complaint with the Economic Offenses Wing, Crime Branch, Qutub Inst. Area, Mehrauli, New Delhi. They have taken up the Case and are Investigating.

i have booked a plot of 100 sq. yd. by investing my hardcore money of Rs. 51000/- in Dehradun Project "Drona City" of Lakshmi Vatika Limited. When i came to know that the company has noting in dehradun, i applied for Refund. The said company issued me the Cheques against my refund application. But the Cheques was Bounced twice.

Now there is no trace of the company.

Please help.

I had booked a plot of 100 yards in Dehradun from Lakshmi Vatika Limited, I paid Rs 51, 000/- to this company for this. I wanted to receive my money back as someone told me the company is fraud .

My brother also got into the same problem with M/s Laxmi Vatika. We all are seriously affected. Let us all have a forum and share informations till we all get justice. You can keep in touch on the email ID.

As much as I know, The directors are in Jail. But no progress has come so far

ihave book 6 plot in lvl city khurja but there is no land in khurja my payment in danger 342000 Rs

I am also victim of the same problem. I had deposited more than Rs.85000 for 200 yards plot. I am alos looking for means to get my money back. Lets join hands and fight against injustice and fraud.

I filled all the form required by company & receiving with me.

we indian blindly believe on celebraties, cricketer Yuvraj Singh was brand ambassdor of Lakshmi Vatika Ltd Drona City. I repent why I misled by these bloody celebrties who run after money only.

I booked for a plot of 500.00 sq. yard in Panwell, Navi Mumbai for rs 151000.00. Refund cheques signed by Mr Devender Aggarwal and Narender From LVL were bounced three times.

Still no news with respect to refund of our hard earned money which was taken by Mr. Devender K. Aggarwal through his Company M/s Lakshmi Vatika Limited. We are very much disappointed that the police is unable to trace whether he kept our money. The Police, Hon'ble Court should determine the whereabouts of the money which was taken by misguiding us by Mr. Devender K. Aggarwal and his team of M/s Lakshmi Vatika Limited. After so much denial by me, My wife paid Rs. 51, 000/- to M/s Lakshmi Vatika Limited through Agent of M/s Lakshmi Vatika Limited who was her brother in law in relation. After three four months back I again told my wife to take back the money i.e. we would not take back our money due to wrong intention of the company. They published the ads in Delhi Jagran News paper etc. and the Yuvraj Singh (famous Cricketer of India BCCI) was showed as his brand ambassador through this type of publicity most of the peoples invested their hard earned money with this fraud company.

We need to form a group of 10 to 15 people who follow up with advocate who is prosecuting on behalf of complainants and should have monthly review. Also we should get the help of any cabinet minister of new govt to mount pressure of concerned authority.Effort at individual level will be futile.Please share.
