[Resolved] Lakshmi Vatika Limited — Regarding refund

I had book a plot of 100 sq yds in the project name drona city.company name was Lakshmi vatika limited.I paid rs 51000/- for book a plot now every one knows this company is fraud.This company gives me a post dated cheque but due to insufficent fund it could not be clear.I lodge a case in patiala house.This case is still running now what should i have to do plz guide me.when can i get money plz sort out my problem or should i forget money. I had book a plot of 100 sq yds in the project name drona city in the name of Meenakshi Gupta my receipt no is 1611.The company name was Lakshmi vatika limited.I paid rs 91000/- for book a plot now every one knows this company is fraud.when can i get money plz sort out my problem or should i forget money.I have lodge my complaint with Economic offence wing also.Plz help us as soon as possible.

I have booked one plot in 2006 .
And that time submit 51000 .
But till time no refund .
I have many time contact, but no one any response .
Please suggust, how do i get my refund .
