I have completed Landmark Forum in Jan, 2018 at Watmull College, Worli. During 2nd day of Forum their faculty from India, presurised mentally to every participants to register for Advance Course by paying Rs. 22, 000/- as discounted amount, immediately or by next day. Anyhow on next day i have paid Rs. 22, 000/- for the Advance Course which was held in April 2018, but due to some health issue i have not attended the Landmark Advance Course in April 2018.
I have transferred my registration for Feb, 2019 by paying Rs. 500/- additional transfer fees but this time also i stuck in my office work and due to which i have not attended the course. I informed Landmark management & discuss the things & situation prior course date and requested them to transfer my admission for next batch last time but they denied directly. Instead of giving me reasonable solution, management asked me to pay
Rs. 15, 500/- more for reregistration by saying that your previous paid fees is expiring.
I wants to tell you that "This is not any product offer that expiring but this is our Hard Earn Money that we have invested by good faith." You people don't value & respect participants emotions & hard earn money.
There is no co-operation from Landmark Management and therfore very disappointed from Landmark Worldwide. Now i feel cheated & it's enough. Rs 15, 500/- for re registration is a high Amount.
Now i don't want to re registered myself for the Advance Course as well as i want my previously paid amount back of Rs. 22, 000/-. As i have not attended single day of the Advance Course in April 2018 as well as in February 2019.
Please do the needful & refund my Advance Course Fees Rs. 22, 000/- paid earlier.
