Laptop Lenovo3000 Y$!) M9qq. S / N:77579qq - Mab254y — non receipt of lenovo free gift intimation

I had purchased a lenovo laptop(Y410m9QQ)with seial No.77579QQ-MAB254Y from Abatech computers, Calicut on &th Oct 08.Iregistered the same on 28 oct, and availed the reference code as -RED[protected] and subsequently on 1st Nov 2008 sent all the required documents to your agent Channel Technologies-NOIDA Via registered post. I am dejected to inform that I have no information regarding issue of free gift as promised .
