[Resolved]  Lenovo — As per cash back not credited , still fooling & threatening

I had bought your lapton in july 22 from zion store at ahmedabad having offer of rs 5000 cash back if payment made with sbi card .

But to my surprise my cash back has still not been credited till now when i am to pay my 5th emi .

I am more shocked to see the working of your pinelab entity
who has been fooling in this regard instead of resolving the issue .
Earlier i was asked to wait and was informed that i will get in next / 4th emi, then i was informed it will be given after 90 days, latest i am being informed that i will get after i pay all 6 emi ?
i was also asked by your pinelab team to correspond with sbi dirctly for the cash back matter as if this offer was from given by sbi card . This was lenova offer with sbi and not the other way round . From day 1 they have been trying to run away from their responsibility.
And on top they have the guts to say that i am not cooperating .

This is not at all expected from co like lenova .

I have got all from pinelab team ( mobile no[protected] threatening that i can do what ever i like, will not get cash back . And this behaviour has been encouraged by pine lab .
Then this gentlemen from pinelab mr ejaj ahmed is asking to correspond on other pine labe email id .

In short i have been taken for a ride by you and your pinelab .
And now i have lost faith in lenova i want my money back and you can take your laptop . I had also paid for 3 years warranty on buying . I also want his money back ?

if not acted and resolved my issue by this week i will take legal action and this all be at your cost ?

so kindly wake & shake you pinelab people to act now & learn to behave with the customers .
