[Resolved] Larsen & Toubro Limited And Dinesh. D. Ranka — Not honouring the Sale Agreement (420)

Developer has gone ahead and relinquished 12 acres of shared land of the total 34 acres of the L&T South City Apartment of which I 'm one of the owners. My flat no. is B6-104. This has been done without taking my consent. As per the sale agreement dated 30.05.2005 the I 'm the shared owner of the 34 acres of land along with independent owner of my flat B6-104 having area of 1330 square feet.

Developer L&T alongwith Dinesh Ranaka had falsely entered in a sale agreement with me mentioning that apart from my flat B6-104 (having area of 1330 square feet), I will be having equal right to 34 acres of land as others apartments owners will be having in L&T.

Last week it has come to my notice that L&T and Dinesh Ranka had relinquished 12 acres of 34 acres longtime back.

It's case of 420. As both of them are cheats. I would request you to kindly address my concern and help in getting my right.

I have a similar complaint against the Developers. They have sold me the flat B3/604 with an undivided share of land area equivalent to 34 acres with a park, road and other exclusive amenities. Now they have gone back on their written legal agreement. Can we get justice? Padmanabhan B3/604 L&T Southcity,

I think you speak for all the owners in South City . It is clear that L&T have violated norms in showing the relinquished land as part South City complex when they knew all along that it had to be handed over the govt . L&T needs to compensate their customers for this breach and the residents association needs to take up this issue with the local industries forum to black list L&T from similar projects in future .
