i have have using a lava hand set, you mobile is good. but u service not good as you hand set.
so i have suggest my friends to dont go for lava hand set, they will give good response
its been 15 days and still no respite...LAVA authorities have not contacted ...
i visited the lava centre today afternoon (around 3.55 P.M) .. on asking about the status of my mobile set they again tried to confuse me. first said the concerned executive has gone for lunch.. then said the set hasn't arrived. i lost my cool and told them to give me in writing that they cannot provide me with a replacement and return my set. and i will then go to the consumer court about it. their body language changed immly they asked me to wait went inside and ... just imagine immly came back with a brand new set and replaced it.
i think we all should try to curb this mentality of working only when we are pressurized or forced or coerced to do so. i think if it is our work... we should do it. it is always good to act as a facilitator rather than an obstruction.
