I gifted XOLO X900 to my wife, she faced malfunction problems related to software in handset (IMEI Number : [protected]) It was bought in Aug, 2012 & less than a year, the phone stopped working completely. I contacted Xolo Customer Care. They suggested to submit the handset on given address (1003/1004 10TH FLOOR SECTOR:19D THE AMBIENCE COURT OPP:RTO OFFICE, NAVI MUMBAI VASHI 400703 MAHARASHTRA India) & ensured it will be returned within 5 working days (Case id :[protected] It is confirmed by them that my handset has been received on 20th April, 2013 Since, then i am taking follow up with them about return date of my handset. Every time I get answer that it will be received within 48 hrs. but its more than 29 days now & I am not getting any satisfactory answer from Xolo Customer Care. as per their intial commitment if the phone will not be in repairable condition with in 5 days they will replace the phone but delivery will be in 5 days. but Every Tuesday to Friday they used to say it will positively get dispatched to you on Saturday.its under repair. I had a talk with Mr. Mohit, Mr. Ajay and Mr. Yashraj (senior executive) regarding this, but of no response. neither they provide the true information on status nor they provide the contact details of service centre so that we directly make follow-up with them. I requested them since one month have been passed atleast now make the delivery date as Saturday on priority, but the reply is “sorry sir we cannot do this, you have to wait we cannot make it dispatch before Saturday. (every time they says the same thing). How much time one need to wait for his phone. Within this time frame the phone would have repaired or replaced from USA, but they are not able to repair or replace here.
I want to file the case on LAVA International for compensation against the delay in service, response and making false commitment to the customer. please suggest..

I feel Lava is cheating the end users and I recommend not to trust Lava and buy any kind of products from them.
Now I have no option but just wait...Hope for the best.
