[Resolved]  Lava Xolo Q800 — Fraud with me

i bought a brand new handset xolo q800 on 13 june 2013 from shahmarket agra and this phone has been dead on 23 june.
I have sent my Xolo q800 to your Noida service center throw "Miracle info solution" Agra on Monday.
today they have called me and said that your phone is already repaired in market and out of warranty and noida service center will not repair it. but sir i purchased this mobile on 13 June 2013 and i used it only 10 days and they said that warranty is void. than sir told me who is responsible for the warranty.

Lava Xolo Q800 — Poor After sales service

Hi,
I bought a XOLO Q800 phone a few months back. After a few days one of the SIM slots stopped working. So, I raised a repair request, and my phone got picked up on 28th May. Since then (1.5 months) my phone is at the service center getting repaired (Case ID:[protected]
I also XOLO Q800 phone a on 13june. After a few days this phone has been dead and then i was go to the service centre they told me that my phone is already repaired. and my phone is not repair till now.
