I have given compalaint to videocon customer care vide complaint no.THA[protected] on 20 th Aug.2011
as saying they will send the engineer within 48 hrs. today 29th Aug.2011 no body turn up and nobody called up, i have called up videocon engineers mr, Upadhaya as they have sms me he will attend the case, but he is not turn up and never called up and told me call me afterwords when i will get time i will come. my tv is shut from the last 10 days and such unprofessinal behivaour of service engineer, i have buyed the same led tv on 14.05.2011 and its in warranty. inspite of nobody taken the appropriate action,
