[Resolved]  Lee Cooper India — DEFECTIVE SHIRT SOLD

I wondered by your such an immediate response. I got your email within minutes after submitting the forum against Lee Cooper. Further, Amazingly I
received response from Mr.Ramzan, the in-charge at Lee-Cooper. He responded
very well and asked me to visit showroom and replace the shirt.

I got replacement within few seconds of my choice. I am happy with the
response of Lee Cooper and appreciate their concern about the customer.

However, while my visit to Citi Centre's Lee Cooper showroom for
replacement I was attended in a very bad manner and the showroom incharge
showed his angerness on me in different type of attitude.

Anyway, Lee Cooper's head office gave me BEST response and I value to them.

I will surely stick on wearing Lee Cooper brand but surely never visit
their showroom at Citi Centre and am looking for another showroom in Mumbai.

Its really depressing for me, regarding lee cooper shoes. I purchased one pair of lee cooper shoes and it was torn(upper skin is coming out and being torn) on very second day, today is hardly 5th day for me. around 30% o[censored]pper skin is out.

I dont know how is lee cooper is good brand.

months of time my shoe sole started cracking. I
took it to. Immediately I send an email
to leecooper but there is no reply. hope you are consider my request for replacement of my shoes or else I will never purchase any lee cooper shoes and I will never shop at lee cooper shoes.

I brought the shoes for Rs 2000. i have hardly used it for 3 or 4 times.
Rs 200 shoes will lasts longer than this !!!

I had visited the LC Store in Mulund(Mumbai) where the we had bought two pairs of Jeans. This oversmart Salesboy called Amaan. I have never met a sales boy as irritating as him, wonder what purpose is he existing there. He was behaving as he was doing a favour on the customers there. We were never able to talk to the Store manager as he never picked up our call. Wonder what is Lee Cooper thinking of itself and its business, for the type of sales people appoinetd are simply obnoxious, leave aside being courteous!!!

Would never be visiting any LC store again, and am sure all the people who will interact with him will ever do that as well...

Just 2 days back i purchssed a pair of Leecooper shoes with MRP of Rs. 2085 from chandigarh. just wearing it on 2 occasions for 3 hrs, some threads of the upper parts of shoe started broken and coming out, i dont know the problem. i have been wearing the leecooper brand shoes for the last 9 years, this is the first time i faced the problem. the leecooper management should do something immediately.

This is Niyaz Khan, I purchased a Lee Cooper shoe from Fashion Point & Co. at Colaba, Mumbai worth Rs 1550/-. with in one month the soul had gone completely. I was shocked to see this that also in one month. In addition when I went for the replacement at shop he was very abusive saying we dont guarantee on soul. I cannot beleive that this could happen with a brand like Lee Cooper.

I bought Lee cooper zeans blue diamond from pantaloons at borivali (Mumbai). To my surprise... when i washed it with simple and much more diluted detergent and non chlorinated water (well water). it gave off color like anything... I was so much disappointed!!! how come this so proclaimed brands zeans can give off color...it was first washing. also the black color was all over my shirts but lucky that it did not reached to white shirt.

Two days before I brought a Lee Cooper Shoe from Vashi New Mumbai, Model Number is LC 1274. . Now in two days the shoe is shape less.

I showed the shoe to leather expert he said it is not leather.

Tell me is there any model present LC 1274. and tell me what to do with this shoe?

I think the shoe is not original and I am very upset also because I always believe the quality of Lee Cooper shoes.

This is Jasmeet Dhir form New Delhi.
I bought a formal pair of shoes for my husband form Lee Cooper, GIP Mall, Noida.

After 2 days the stiching started coming out.

I have the invoice with me but still I'm not being given a solution for this problem.

This is very strange that being such a big and international brand, the after sale services is so bad. There is no one to attend the complaints, no help desk, even no contact number for the complaints. And no one is responding back on the mails.

The prices of the shoes are so high and quality is so bad.
Highly dissatisfied.

happened with me ... too ... Dissatisfied with Leecoper product .. waste of money. Have sent the shoes to company. Response awaited. I definitely want the new pair or refund amount. ... I purchased shoes in January, wore it for 2 weeks and the coating is out .. from the shoes.

Reply awaited from company, else will go for formal compalints.

I am an NRI based abroad and had come to visit India for 10 Days in April. I have bought a pair of Lee cooper shoes from Pune for Rs 2500 (thereabout) during that period. However during my first use of the shoe the sole started creating an irritating and embarrassing noise while walking. The Problem I have is I cant return the shoes as I am abroad. I have stopped using the shoe after wearing it to work 3 times.

I will really appreciate if someone can highlight of replacement he/she has got in similar case.
