On March 7, 2021, I made a purchase of Rs. 1704/- at Pantaloons, GIP Mall, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

At the billing counter, I made the payment via Gpay (UPI). While the payment via Gpay was in process, the lady informed me that she hasn't received the money and asked me to do it via Paytm wallet. So, I made the payment via Paytm wallet. This way, the money got deducted twice and credited to pantaloons twice for one transaction....

After billing in pantaloons, the cashier asked me to buy a carry bag. I asked "is the carry bag free?", he said "no! It costs of 7 rupees". Then after the discussion i told him to include it in the bill. But after receiving the bag i found that pantaloons is doing its advertisement by printing its name on the bag. Now i want my refund and penalty charge against the retailer....

Today i purchased clothes from pantaloons (Inorbit mall). While i was purchasing, one of the staff asked me to try a particular dress. It was good but i didn't knew that it costed 4k. And without checking the price i bought that dress with my other tops. Now i wanted to exchange that dress for 2 or 3 dresses. But the problem is that inorbit mall is far away from my home. On 26 sep 2018 i paid twice on pantaloon store) via paytm one payment is done with the otp which is of 7283 and the other was with qr code which is of 6999 inr for the same order due to the server issue, i contacted pantaloon store they said they didn't receive any excess amount after that i contacted paytm they said merchant successfully received both the payment.

Pantaloons store is denying that they didn't get extra money...

I had ordered 1 kurti from ranmanch by pantaloons. It was a mix of white and blue colour. However after the first wash itself the colour from the blue part was all over the white part. I'm afraid to even wash it again as it would not be wearable at all. I love the kurti and the design but i'm absolutely disappointed by the quality provided by the pantaloons....

Pantaloon cashier took my mobile and told me it is essential for them.
Same time i told him that i don't want any promotional sms from pantaloon.
In spite of this i am constantly getting promotional messages.

On 4th may 2016, I tried to purchase a item from Pantaloon store and I used my payback card ([protected]) to redeem my points for payment. But as per their server problem my transaction was unsuccessful but my points got redeemed worth 2416 points which is equals to Rs 604.
They told me that they can do nothing with it, what ever problem have occurred you have to contact payback customer care.
So, I complaint about it...

Dear Sir,
I gouttam Sahu, Purchased a kurta pajama set from Pantaloon Berhampur, Odisha for my 8 year old son on 13/14/2024 and the same was used for first time on Kumarpurnima (17/10/2024).But it is unfortunate that with in a 2 hours o[censored]se the shoulder stiching tear off and the Kurta got damaged and my son lost his happiness . Pantaloon |Berhampur has cheated us and harassed us by selling very poor quality products at a high price of Rs 999/-.When i visted the store and brought to notice the store manager, they told me, we are helpless. I want a replacement of the product or refund of money.
