[Resolved]  Lenovo / 0768 A35 Laptop — improper functioning of keyboard of my lenovo 0768 A35 laptop

sir, key board of my laptop is not working properly.sometimes it work and sometimes it doesn't work.My laptop is within warranty period.I bought it from delhi but right now i am in Hamirpur(Himachal pradesh)
please suggest me the procedure.
