Lenovo — no status of free gifts to be received

Dear Sir, This is vide my Reference code number RED[protected] for the Lenovo product which i purchased on 28th October, 2008. As per their instruction, I have already sent all the required documents(as mentioned below) by registry post for availing the free gifts. Kindly note that i had sent the documents in October itself.But i have not yet received any of these gifts which is making me worried because this is one of the reasons why i opted for Lenovo. The particulars of the Registered(at lenovo site) product are S.No Date of purchase Model No Product No 1 28/10/2008 Lenovo Y Series Notebook Product Sl No.-775788Q MAA8A2M Sir, Inspite of several mails, i have no status about my free gifts. I purchased alenavo comptur on dated[protected] from raipur(c.g.) . and done one line registration for two gifts. your ref no is RED [protected] but till the date no any gift received. kindly send immidiate.

sir i have purchased a lenovo laptop Y510 on 29-may-2008 from ankur computers, raipur chhattisgarh they had said that a free gift (wifi router) is their they told that hey had complete all the formalities and gave me a red no.
and said your gift will come in your home address. but till now i havn't received my gift please help me.
and one more complaint is at that time 2 year additional warrenty is their with this model.and i didn't get that also.
