Lenovo — hardware problem | |
Dear sir, I had purchase a lenovo pc on diwali from "DEEPAK SALES 1st C ROAD SARDARPURA, JODHPUR" Our cabinet make too much noise when we boot (start) the computer. But It should not make noise. Sir when we contact our dealer he just did nothing. he just said that this none of his matter. we should talk to lenovo service centre. They told us that they will send an engineer to solve this probelem but they don't send any person to check this problem. sir please guide us what we can do for this? I had purchased a lenovo laptop from chittorgarh on dt 23/09/12 but after some time it working very very slowly my laptops model no is B480 and serial no is WB07515208 .So it is requested please check it and if has any hardware problem please replace it as early as possible
