sir; I purchased a Lenovo K-200 model no. 53131BQ S.No.MB-02344 on24/10/2008 from "Quantum Computer" HB/12 City Center Sector -4 B. S .City Jharkhand 827004, an authorised dealer of your company .The gift item opted by me viz(1) a printer (2)Extended two years waranty have not been supplied to me as promised. I made several quarries with my dealer as well as costomer care of Lenovo Service on different dates but by now I have not received any communication to this effect May I expect earliest responsefrom your part orshould I have to proceed further for the redressal of my grievance? I purchased a Lenovo destop model no. 5312-2LQ S.No.MB-38506 on27/10/2008 from "Ansh Computer" Shop no. -221-224, Chouhan Estate Supela Bhilai Durg (C.G..), an authorised dealer of your company .The gift item opted by me ups(1) a printer (2) Extended two years waranty have not been supplied to me as promised.
