Lenovo — Faulty Operating System

I purchased this LENOVO 7761 3AQ on 21st apr 2007, when i press the ONE BUTTON RECOVERY key, a faulty Vista Operating System is loaded. I have mailed/called up the customer care for Lenovo, but all in vain...the warrany perion will be expiring next week, please help me get this problem resolved.

I have lenovo P780 i have got a update ( kitkat 4.4.2 ) itself by company on my P780 after update it uses 850 MB ram of 1GB its sucks my phone and due to this faulty its getting hang I need an update for it fast
