[Resolved]  Lenovo — delay in service

I have given a laptop under warranty Serial no WB03607555 to service center for the replacement of faulty mother board complaint no [protected] on 8th feb 2013 with an assurance that i will receive the same by 3-4 business days , after repeated follow up still my lap top is not repaired and every time the service center is giving the same replay as they have not received the mother board from the company. also their customer care officers are unable to provide me exact date for the closure of the complaint. please help.
