[Resolved]  Lenovo / Desktop — Warranty

from last one week i m contacing lenovo service center, till now no one has come to check my desktop.my desktop is under warranty.today i was on half day leave and was waiting for people to come at my place.from the morning they are making fool of me.what should i do now?

I purchased a Lenovo desktops/No.1553122LQMB38611 on 31.12.08 from Red Apple IT solutions Chennai and I am Trying to register for Warranty thru your website lenovowarranty.co.in but not able to do it till now' Please ADVICE ME IN THIS. and also please tell me the Model No; of my PC since they didnt mention it in the Invoice and in the Warranty Information page it is give as DeskTop:10002/5310

I have been trying to login my complaint to your customer service for the last one month.
my CD-drive is not functioning. i applied for a 3 years warranty upgrade which is yet to end.
