Lenovo / Desktop Computer — After sele feedback poor

Respected sir,

I have buy lenovo desktop PC in last year nov.08.but it is not work proper.but also i HAVE PURCHASE THREE YEAR EXTRA warranty.after that companys enggi. come to my home they say that u lost ur data.so i now what i done in this case because i did not satiesfay with this company and also his product with his termscondition.
Pls give me right way
(I ALSO WANT THAT IF COMPANY GIVE ME NEW PC I DEFINATLY PAY SOME MORE MONEY ON THAT)

Respected sir,

I have buy lenovo desktop PC in last year Oct.08. but it is not work proper from the date of purchase some problem are facing like we change the RAM card in 02 times and Change motherboard due to USB not work. At present card reader not work complaint login to your office complaint No is L99F007P not done till date i did not satiesfay with this company and also his product with his terms condition.
Pls give me right way
(I ALSO WANT THAT IF COMPANY GIVE ME NEW PC I DEFINATLY PAY SOME MORE MONEY ON THAT)
