[Resolved]  Lenovo Laptop 3000 Y510 — TV TUNER NON FUNCTIONAL

I recently bought above Laptop in which there is inbuilt TVTUNER which is on functional, CSPL your retail outlet and your service cenre at Nirala nagar are unable to rectify. your service centre tells that a part has to come from BANGLORE, which has taken more than 9 days and it has not arrived. I rang your toll free no [protected] and they said they will ring back in 10 mts and still i am waiting for their call back.1year gurantee and local service center has no meaning.
