I HAVE LENOVO 415127Q MODEL WITH SERIAL NUMBER MABT4MI. I AM FACING A PROBLM WITH MY LAPTOP BUT YOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM SAYS UR PRODUCT IS OUT OF WARRANTY AND SAID ME TO SEND A SCANNED COPY OF MY INVOICE WHICH IS ON 30-OCT-2008 TO [protected]@LENOVOWARRANTY.CO.IN. I HAVE SEND THE MAIL WITH SCANNED COPY OF MY INVOICE. BUT THE MAIL WAS UNDELIVERED AS THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM OR ID IS PERMANENTLY NOT WORKING.. NOW I WAN THE SOLUTION OF MY PROBLEM. PLEASE ASK YOUR SERVICE CENTRE IN AMRITSAR TO CHECK THE BILL AND REMOVE THE FAULT IN MY LAPTOP.. PLEASE TAKE NECCESSARY ACTIONS IMMEDIATELY.
