I already complained for my lenovo y series notebook 3000. I don't get any kind of responce from service center or any where. my complaine no is "L8CO00JJ". My complain is past one week and two days not any responce from service center. service center address is Room no=301, 3rd floor ShyamCenter Exibition road patna.sir please personaly attent my problem.sir i bought the laptop only one month ago

I had bought a lenovoY410 notebook on 26th July 2008.From there onwards the audio dj function is not responding.Is extra speakers are needed for the working of it?Also some weeks before the RAM got complaint.Now its the warranty period for it.so can i replace that RAM to a new one?I am waiting for your suitable reply to this.

my 512MB RAM WAS REPLACED BY 256MB RAM BY AN AUTHORISED DEALER
OF LENOVO. PLZ TAKE ACTION.

i purchage i lenovo laptop Y410 in 31 march 08,

last 02 month's my DVD drive not working properly, then i visit our ahmedabad service senter his not answare me properly. my 01 year's woranty is complet this march'09.

please tak any action on urgent basis.

My webcam is not working when i open the easy capture it shows "initialitzaion faild, lenovo easy capture closed". i have install & unistall it so many times but get nothing.Then i format my laptop, then also nothing then i think is there any problem in operating system.Now i have used xp, vista & 7 but nothing, then what's the problem, Please mail me the solution
