I(Dinesh Kumar Bharti) want to convey you that my brother Mr. Ranjeet had Purchased a Lenevo notebook775754Q(model no-3000 Y410, S/N EB[protected] on dated 28/12/2007 from "networking electronics system co." Lalbagh Lucknow, (invoice no.NH/2599), (supplier's refrence-2599/07-08).
After 3 months we found some problem in the webcam of the laptop, we immideately cantacted with NESCO to get rid of this problem but they had given us a toll free number on which we were unable to made contact.My brother Ranjeet Kumar is working abroad so he went back for his work & asked me to sort out this problem when i had made contact with NESCO they told me to come after some time I have also cantacted with sevice centre but they also done same thing to me they have done this for many times, after sometime i got busy with my work on 25/12/2008 the webcam was totally stopped i went to service centre on 26th they told me come tomorrow n when i reached the centre on 27th they said that my warranty had expired & refused to see the laptop..
now i m requesting you to please take appropriate action regarding my problem as we have suffered a lot mentally & physicalle due to this.
