I have purchased worlds best laptop, the think pad model no 2049-33Q , on 12.12.07 through Adi Computers,Secunderabad. I got this for Rs.24,700. On switching the laptop for the first time , I observed a dot (1-pixel) [i.e one LCD is not burning properly] on the laptop . Immediately after tracing the defect , I took the laptop to the retailer M/S Adi Computers for further service.They contacted the service department and stated that "There should be four" dots / pixel problems /LCD problems for replacement of laptop .But it was not mentioned in any information supplied and warranty conditions. I am in little bit frustration and feeling very sorry for the reaction from the company and finally brought this to the consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
