Lenovo — Sending Defective Parts on Warranty | |||
product:lenovo G580 Serial:WB07228676 1st case id:[protected] 2nd case id:[protected] I had troubles with the touchpad by the time i bought this lap, some part of the touchpad was not working, i had to wait 2-3 months to get a replacement (" their excuse was the product was new and so not available at the time"), & what i got was worst, "i asked them to please ensure the quality of the product before sending " again after 2 months i got my 2nd replacement, this time also with defects, left end not working.. wasted a lot time sending mails and contacting their support. now they stop responding to mails. may be they will after the warranty is over. what am i supposed to do with this, i they cant send me the right replacement then they should better refund my cash & take this away. did i pay for a lap with no touchpad? This is the worst customer service i ever gone through, i never expected this from lenovo. and i did mistake by refering this to others. does warranty means to play fraud? sending replacemnts with defects till warrenty is over? this people are playing fraud, making people fools with wrong assurance in the name of warranty, and its our fault not to respond to such fraud companies. I am not posting this hoping to get a better replacement tomorrow but, let this be a warning to all. never expect warranty from lenovo. Was this information helpful? | |||
