Lenovo Y 410 — Alt key & DVD Rider

Dear sir,

I am mukesh kumar, sir i am sending my leptop bill page in your ID, and my leptop complaint no.is L8CM00X1, sir i have wrote my complained 22 dec.2008. but now not meet me some response, because sir next month going to my leptop warranty period expire. and sir two times i have gone lenovo service center in jaipur. sir my leptop in Alt key & Dvd Rider are not working at this time.
