Lenovo Y510 Notebook — cd drive is not working properly

when the cd is inserted some external force is to be applied and at the time of ejecting the cd has to be pulled out.i had also lost the switch in the cd drive.

Even my CD drive doesn't function properly. The CDs I am able to watch on a desktop gets hang again and again on my newly purchased lenevo.

Also The Laptop gets heated up. It becomes so hot I feel irritated putting my hands on the laptop.

I have lenevo Y410, moreover the body is half black and half Nevy Blue.

Appreciate if somebody can address these problems. I am reachable at +91 [protected].
