i have received wrong shipment after 10 days of delay and making full balance payment as suggested by customer care for alternate product i required .
Now this is enough , you guys are really unprofessional and discourteous for customer's care , i have tried to reach customer care by many ways but there was no reply despite of my several emails to company , it took always 15 minute of time to get response from helpline number
MY call was again dropped by your customer care person without any correct information .
and i am going to fill consumer court complain againts Letsbuy.com (eTree Marketing Pvt Ltd) now for this mental stress , i will also make put my this mail thread on several consumer forum .
