Letsbuy.com — No delivery against advance payment

We have ordered( Order No: LSB-478579) mobile Beetel GD-470 at Rs. Rs. 2,295 on date : 12.10.2011 to Letsbuy.com online electronics shopping. As per their record they have dispatched the same through FedEx.(Tracking No:[protected] on 13.10.2011. Somehow consignment lost by Fedex & they have declared as lost of consignment. After that , even after , on month Letsbuy has not sent another consignment against our order. We have done so many telecalls on their no : [protected] and sent mails on [protected]@letsbuy.com, but there is no any prompt action or response from their side.
