Hi,

I have ordered a philips headphone from your website and this headphones are faulty. I have called a philips service centre and they have ask me to drop the product there, they will check the decision and than take and order.

I request lets buy to take the headphones back and replace it with the new one. If I have to run around different service centres and get this things resolved than whats the point of online stores. I kindly request you to replace my headphones with the fresh ones.

Since the last complain headphones have reached another level of faulty products. One earlobe is not functioning at all.

I also went through your website in order to search your return policy and I found none. You are an e-commerce site and your asking me to move around and run behind Philips service centres. If I had that kind of time I would have not ordered anything online.

I request you to send the courier company to take the order back or replace it.

And not having a return policy in place for an e-commerce website would be considered a consumer act violation. You decide the path you guys want to take.

You guys have a horrible service. And you should be aware of that.

Its been more than the time you have asked from me and you have not communicated back.

I have right now talked to your customer care person M/s Ankita. She has assured me a mail saying that my product is been requested for procurement and will than be delivered.

She has agreed on sending me a mail by today (23rd dec- 2011) evening giving me the exact date when product will be procured and delievered.

I am for the last time trusting lets buy for this before I take some severe consumer right action against you.

I would like you to take action against them as still my headphones are not working and have no replacement after 2 weeks of eceiving the order

letsbuy — Return of faulty product..

Letsby is big fraud. I bought one Philips Food Processor HR7625 from letsbuy.com and they mentioned in specification of the product that its a juicer also.(See attachment) But when I checked it after delivery I found that its not a juicer. I logged complait regarding this after that they updated the specification. Now they are saying that "Juicing" is not mentioned in specification. (I took the snap shot before logging call I was in doubt that they will update the site and same happened) Now they are not returing the item back..

I recieved this produce from www.letsbuy.com yesterday and this product is faulty. The system is not working. after 2-3 minutes, it stops working. I dont know what the issue is, But this issue is from the moment I got it, I justt want this product to get replaced immediately, as I have spent 8000 bucks in this. Thanks you very much!
