[Resolved] Letsbuy — Mobile dead on arrival | |||
Dear Sir / Madam Till time no reply from yourside. I have visited Samsung customer care centre (Fountain Chowk Ludhiana) twice today as suggested by letsbuy customer care executives to obtain the DOA certificate.But samsung personnel refused to give DOA as they told they cannot accept the mobile if invoice after 4 days. For your kind information I received the shipment as on 27-sep-11 (as per trailed mail and snapshot of Bluedart atached herewith) in evening 4.20pm and very next day i.e today I visited customer care Samsung. I never expected this type of harassment from letsbuy. I do not know what to do. I am an existing client of letsbuy and do not want to make any unnecessary steps against Letsbuy.
