[Resolved] Levis Jeans — DENIAL OF DISCOUNT, poor after sales
Dear Mr D Singh,
I am writing this from Kochi, where I stay. I went to Primus Retail PVT Ltd, Modayil Centre Point, Warriam Road Junction MG Road Cochin 682016. The only place I found for complaining to was this email address on the tab of the jeans I purchased for my daughter. I find it surprising that a world wide company like Levi's does not have a place where a customer can complain, seems deliberate. I do not even know if I will ever receive a reply but if Levi's want to continue they better improve their NON EXISTENT customer care.

I guess it doesn't matter to a big company like you but if you want a loyal customer base you have to have a good redressal system. So I hope you or who ever is reading this will bother to reply &address my complaint.
Firstly, the store personnel were unaware of the latest offers on the Levi's product and denied me my rightful discount despite using the correct credit card. A big shame for your brand. They said it was the hassle of the SBI credit card and they could not do anything about it. I had gone to the store to buy my 11 yr old daughter her first pair of Levi's. Anyway I did not create any scene but bought them. Not understood was the store policy of denying a customer a measly 7% discount. Absolutely miserable in my opinion. And this was despite I having shown him the website where it said it was instant 7% discount.(listed above).
The lady employed by the store ( tailor) refused to mend the Levi's which I was wearing saying I must wash them and bring them over only then she will repair them. At least your store could carry a plaque/ notice about repairs to your products after sale. She was sitting idle but she refused to do a leg seam. Her name is Sherry I believe,no one could coax her to do it although it was a one minute job.
Thirdly nothing was mentioned about the red loop program of Levis, advertised by your website.
Request improve your customer relations and in house tailors in India please. And advise your retailers that customers are not bloody fools to be fooled and when a discount is due it ought to be given.
Hope you're listening. After this experience, and if I don't get a reply from you guys, I don't intend buying a Levi's next time, even though i can bloody well afford it.
