[Resolved]  LG 1.5 Ton Split Ac — Poor LG customer service

I stay in Thane(MS).I bought a LG Split AC on 4th of April but I havent been able to use it for more than a week .It has broken down twice since the installation and the customer service is so poor that no one responds even after the complaint is registered.The technicians are so rude and unprofessional.I regret buying an LG product.I would advice every reader to consider my advice before even looking into LG products.My recent complaint was logged on 6th may but till now no one has responded.Every time you call them, they will provide you a new complaint number and tell you that the technician will visit soon.To sum up LG has the worst service i have ever seen in Indian market.

LG/1.5 ton split a.c — poor service

i have complained on 30-10-08 for servicing of four no of a/c to the LG service centre and they asured me that within 7 days my a/c will be checked and all the defects will be cleared but till date nothing have happened only 10 to 15 days before two service men arrived without any tools they checked and told me that they will come after two to three days with their equipments but till date no one has arrived.
is this the way the company like LG is making fool of customers like me, then i am sorry to say that customers should avoid using LG PRODUTS because they will be cheated like me.

Same issue happenned to me also . i bought new 105 ton lg ac on april 25 th 2009 at santosh electronics villivakkam chennai 600049. but lg is telling they could not give the service to my ac to contact the dealer itself lot of cheating like this is happening every where how the customer will go to the branded one. because of this only sales market is going down true always true but false commitment always false commitment only. i am going to file this case to cunsumer court and i am going to forward this complaint to all over the world.

I sent my 1.5 to widow AC for sevicing in Sakchi, Jamshedpur service centre. They said there is compressor problem.they took my AC on[protected] & returned back on[protected] with claiming bill Rs-1400 & Rs-250 transportation.
But when I used my AC it sound much & on conteneous six hour running compressure & blower stops working. Again after one houe rest it starts with bad sound.

Pl arrange to check it up the rough sound, & blower fan craking sound.
